1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetHired4U — including submitting any form, making a payment, or using the free ATS resume check — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services We Offer

GetHired4U provides career placement and job-readiness services for freshers and working professionals in India, including:

• Job Alerts on WhatsApp

3. Pricing & Packages

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and exclude applicable taxes.

4. The ₹1 Introductory Offer

The ₹1 Resume Check is a genuine introductory offer — you receive a detailed resume review with ATS score and improvement points for ₹1. There are no hidden charges or automatic subscriptions.

5. Free ATS Resume Check

The free AI-powered ATS resume check is available once per email address only. Email OTP verification is required before running the analysis.

6. Payment Terms

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay, India's trusted payment gateway.
• We never store your card, UPI, or banking details.
• Payment is required before service delivery begins (except for the free ATS check and free registration).
• You will receive a payment confirmation and a Registration ID via email after successful payment.

7. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within 24 hours of payment if service delivery has not yet started.
• Once work has begun (resume reviewed, profile optimized, etc.), refunds will not be issued.
• For the ₹1 Resume Check — no refund is applicable given the nominal charge.
• In case of a technical failure causing double payment, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

8. Service Delivery Timeline

• Resume Check: Within 24 hours of submission
• Profile Optimization: Within 24–48 hours
• Mock Interview: Scheduled within 48 hours of booking
• Job Alerts: Begin on Day 1 via WhatsApp
• Full Packages: Onboarding call within 24 hours, full delivery per package timeline

Timelines are subject to working days (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM IST).

9. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and truthful personal and career information
• Use a valid, working email address for OTP verification and communication
• Respond to WhatsApp/email follow-ups within a reasonable timeframe
• Not misuse the free ATS check by creating multiple accounts
• Not upload malicious files or attempt to exploit our systems

All content on gethired4u.com is the intellectual property of GetHired4U. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of this website without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

GetHired4U's total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that specific service.

13. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect changes.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India.
