2. Information We Collect
When you register, submit a form, or use our free ATS resume check, we collect:
- Personal details: Full name, email address, WhatsApp/phone number
- Career details: College/university, graduation year, current status, target job role
- Resume file: PDF or DOC uploaded for ATS analysis or service delivery
- Service preference: Package or individual service selected
- Device & usage data: Browser type, pages visited, time spent — collected via Google Analytics
- Payment data: Processed entirely by Razorpay. We never store card details.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To deliver the career service you selected (resume optimization, mock interview, etc.)
- To contact you on WhatsApp and email with service updates and next steps
- To send you a confirmation email with your Registration ID
- To run AI-powered ATS resume analysis (your resume is processed but not stored by AI)
- To manage leads in our internal admin dashboard for service delivery tracking
- To send job alerts and career tips if you opted in
- To improve our website and services using anonymized analytics data
4. Third-Party Services We Use
- AI — processes your resume for ATS scoring. Data is used only during analysis and not stored.
- Storage — securely stores uploaded resume files. Files are private and not publicly accessible.
- Razorpay — handles all payment processing. We receive payment confirmation only, never your card details.
- SMTP — delivers confirmation and OTP emails to you.
- Google Analytics — collects anonymized usage data to help us improve the site.
- WhatsApp Business — used to communicate service updates to you.
5. Data Storage & Security
Your personal data is stored in a secure database on our server. Resume files are stored in a private storage. We use encryption for all data in transit.
We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as necessary to deliver the service you signed up for. If you wish to have your data deleted, email us at support@gethired4u.com and we will remove it within 7 business days.
7. Free ATS Resume Check
The free ATS resume check is limited to one check per email address. We collect your name, mobile number, and email to verify identity and prevent abuse.
8. Cookies
We use Google Analytics cookies to track anonymized page views and user interactions. These cookies do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
